Hybrid work available

£13.49 per hour

Duties:

  • Managing Ethernet Access Direct (EAD) orders to completion to deliver Wholesale Ethernet orders.
  • Sales team sell BT net (broadband for business), passed through to order management systems team to process and manage onboarding of service.
  • Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders; BT Openreach, local councils (traffic management) etc. to get customer online.

Skills:

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft systems
  • Systems training provided in-house
  • Experienced in customer services
