Your experience as a Dependability Engineer will prove to be vital to my client, you will realise and maintain the Dependability and Safety studies for Telecommunication satellites My client provides consulting, IT and business solutions to ensure safety, security and sustainability for aerospace, aviation, other modes of transportation, future mobility, manufacturing, industrial, urban and critical infrastructures, defence, the energy, H2 and the public sector.
Main responsibilities:
- Implement Reliability and Availability analysis (according to MIL-HDBK-217F or FIDES);
- Perform FMEA at Payload level (including suppliers analysis management);
- Realise Hazard Analysis (Safety risks identification);
- in the frame of RAMS results, provide support to project team to define solutions and/or recommendations to reach the requirements.
Essential experience
- Engineering degree or equivalent in RAMS, Electric or Aerospace domain
- Between 3 and 10 years of experience
- Knowledge of RAMS methods and safety studies are mandatory
- Advanced level English is mandatory (oral and written)
Due to the nature of work undertaken at our client's site, incumbents of these positions are required to meet special Residency rules and therefore these vacancies are only open to people who have been resident in the UK for at least 3 years. Applicants who meet this criteria will also be required to undergo security clearance vetting, if not already security cleared to a minimum SC level.
