Manpower is currently recruiting an experienced call handler/administrator for one of our national clients based in Glasgow.

Your main duties will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and dealing with general correspondence (order queries, complaints, etc.)
  • Receiving and placing orders over the phone and in person
    • Dealing with subsequent paperwork using a multitude of systems - full training is provided
  • Providing support to other team members with general administrative work

Essential and desirable requirements for the role:

  • Administrative experience (inc. working within a multidisciplinary team)
  • Call handling experience
  • Great communication and people skills

For this role, you will be working Monday - Friday, 7am-5pm.
