Complaints Handler
£11.84 per hour + Excellent Benefits

£11.84 per hour
33 days holiday each year
5 days over 6, Monday-Saturday, various shifts available between 8am - 6pm. Please see bottom for more information on shifts. Working roughly 1 Saturday in every 6 weeks. 35 hours Full time role.
In this role you will need the following:
Customer Orientated
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
Good attention to detail
Challenging and questioning
Technical Knowledge
Excellent written communication skills
Banking/Financial/Complaints Background experience would be advantageous
Remote working once trained - 2 days a month in the office after training has been completed.
On site restaurant facilities

The client will provide excellent first-class training programme for 6 to 8 weeks on site, enjoy a fast-paced environment, all whilst working as part of a great team.
Please note that this position will involve completing online assessments and will require pre-employment screening including a credit check and two year's referencing.
