This is your opportunity to join Babcock International as a Lead Trainer. You will deliver training for a team of 18 as directed by the training schedule, to the standards in accordance with the EMTC and Authority local instructions. You will be responsible for management duties, the scheduling of their team and managing equipment and training equipment.

What will you be doing?
Your main duties will include
* Ensure where appropriate, departmental registers and records are maintained to the expected standard.
* Constantly improve the utilisation of modern learning technologies, including the use of Defence VLE and locally LEARN.
* Ensure Trainee development through monitoring, feedback appraisal, discipline and training interventions, ensuring all supporting documentation is maintained and that any special Trainee developmental needs or training delays are flagged to the relevant Authority and Babcock Management chain, in accordance with Authority SOPs.
* Support Trainee Review or Trainee Review Boards (SRB/TRB) as required.
* Attend End of Course/Module Debriefs as required, or nominate a relevant representative.
* Conduct pre-course and course module briefings or nominate a suitable department representative to perform the briefing.
The experience you'll bring
* Engineering Background Level 3 and Higher desirable
* We will need you to have previous leadership experience
* Background in teaching CERT Level 4 and above is desirable
* You will need to be IT literate (MS Office).
* You will need to satisfy security requirements. This may require you to hold or be eligible/capable of achieving 'Security Check' (SC) clearance.
