As part of the global onboarding team, we are re-energizing our onboarding experience and are looking for passionate, committed and people focused talent to help us deliver this robust experience.

The role:
This role will work on two major projects.

Pre-start Portal Updates:

  • Our current pre-start information site contains a lot of relevant information to our new hires.
  • As we are revamping our onboarding experience, we will need to review this content, edit duplication of content and ensure we are providing a guided pathway for onboarding.
  • Additional work necessary may include creation of a new pre-boarding site and evaluation and creation of pre-boarding materials using video, interactive e-learning, just in time surveys and other capabilities.


New Start Buddy Program Support:

  • All new employees are provide a buddy who helps with their onboarding journey. These are typically other employees within the new hires organization.
  • We currently have enablement for our buddies, but the consumption of these materials is limited.
  • We are looking to redefine how we communicate and enable our buddies, working with our buddy community to understand what additional enablement they need, and creating a community of buddies so they can come together and support each other.

 

Your background:

  • 2-3 years in process management and process improvement
  • 2-3 years in instructional design and adult learning theory
  • Strong communicator, written and verbal in English
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience with User Experience, or Experience Management a plus
