Trainee Telecoms Engineer - Kingston-upon-Thames

Our client is a premier service provider for field engineering to the telecoms and ISP industries. They operate throughout Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

They are looking for numerous candidates who are customer orientated; hold a strong interest in IT & Telecoms, who have the determination to succeed and the ability/drive to work independently and to be flexible to cover Kingston Upon Thames & surrounding areas

No experience is necessary as fully funded training will be provided.

Your daily duties would include:

- Installing TV/ Broadband services in customers properties on behalf of our client. You will be the friendly face of the company!

- Finding faults/ Maximising broadband speed.

- Talking customers through basic user instructions after initial set up

- Delivering excellent customer service, whilst representing our client on a day-to-day basis.

Essential requirements include:

• You must live within or around a KT postcode
• You must hold a Full UK drivers license (Up to 6 points)
• If under 25, you must have held your license for a minimum of 3 years (This is for insurance purposes)
• If 25 or over, you must have held your license for a minimum of 2 years (This is for insurance purposes)
• Willing to undergo a CRB check.
