Hydraulic Project Design Engineer

I am looking for a highly motivated, passionate, Hydraulic Project Engineer to join a dynamic team of Hydraulic Engineers.

Based in the North East, Team Valley, Gateshead

This company offer a fully comprehensive service, including the design, manufacture, installation, service checks, technical support and parts supply. This company has supported hydraulic projects, all over the world. Clients such as Nissan, IHC and Baker Hughes have tried and trusted their service, for their hydraulic needs.

Role and responsibilities include:

• You will be responsible for design and management aspect of a project from enquiry to completion
• You will be the main point of contact for the customer
• Scope of the designs include, Power Units, Bespoke Hydraulic Systems, Pipework, Control manifolds & Consoles.
• Ensure the compliance of the project against the customer's needs at all stages of the project.
• Preparation of technical specification for sub-contractors.
• Procurement following projects technical, financial and time requirements.

Skills required:

• Experience working with Hydraulic engineering or Commissioning of Hydraulic Equipment
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical and electrical/control system
• Excellent time management skills with ability to multitask,
• HND, Degree or equivalent in mechanical/ electrical engineering.
• Full UK driving Licence
