The role

The difference our new Submarine Transformation Change Manager will make
As a Submarine Transformation Change Manager you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. As a change manager, you will own and deliver change projects that will transform how we support submarines and in turn keep the nation safe.

Day to day, you'll take ownership and delivery of transformation initiatives within a programme of projects working to improve how we deliver our services to the customer, creating and managing plans and datasets required by the business to identify and mobilise new initiatives as well as measuring the success of implemented changes, scheduling and subsequent progress reporting of changes and stakeholder management including appropriate communications of changes.

Essential experience

* Experience and understanding of Change Management within a large organisation essential
* Experience in the submarine enterprise or other complex product environment would be advantageous
* In-depth understanding of Project and Programme Management Principles.
* In-depth understanding of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion;
* Systems Engineering experience
* You will need to satisfy security requirements. This may require you to hold or be eligible/capable of achieving 'Security Check' (SC) clearance.
