The Engineering Trainer role is based within our Training business area.

The difference our new Engineering Trainer will make
As and Engineering Trainer you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will work with and mentor, the next generation of mechanics apprentices that will work for VAG or JLR.
Day to day, you'll draw up action plans and work with apprentices that are on their journey. You will give them the guidance and mentorship needed to pass their assessments and become fully qualified.

* Must have prior mechanics experience
* Be Level 3 or equivalent qualified
* Ideally have worked for JLR or Volkswagen previously
* Current coaching qualification (ILM) beneficial but not in anyway essential
