Customer Service Advisor - Fraud

£10.99 per hour + unsociable hours

We will require you to be flexible between the hours of 6am and 12midnight, Monday to Sunday.

(Office based training then hybrid schedule based on business needs)

Shifts patterns are either.

  • Tuesday- 1400-2200, Wednesday- 1400-2200, Thursday- 1400-2200, Friday- 1400-2200, Saturday- 1400-2200
  • Sunday - 1400-2200, Monday - 1400-2200, Tuesday - 1400-2200, Wednesday - 1400-2200, Thursday - 1400-2200

What can you expect from this role?

Whilst in this role you will enjoy managing incoming calls relating to retail and online payment disputes - building real rapport with our customer and reaching the right resolution.

To be successful in the role, you'll need to ask relevant questions whilst fully understand customer's concerns, and you may need to involve specialist colleagues when needed. Joining the fast-moving Financial Crime team of one of Britain's biggest banks, you will use your customer service skills to the full and enjoy genuine impact on the safety and satisfaction of their clients.

Whether you're an experienced customer service professional or an ambitious school or college leaver, you should be able to think on your feet whilst following agreed procedures, and you will bring the confidence to take clear and considered decisions - getting it right first time, every time.

In return, you'll need to have flexible approach to set hours, the operation requires resource between 6am and 12 midnight Monday to Sunday. Initial training will be Monday - Friday office based for 5-6 weeks followed by flexing between office and work from home option. 2/3 days on site per month.

Once proven you have the can-do approach and commitment to customers they require; you could move into a permanent position - with a fast-moving career that could take you almost anywhere.

Please note that this position will involve completing online assessments and will require pre-employment screening including a credit check and two year's referencing.
