The Solution Analyst role is based within our Babcock Information Services business area.

Babcock Corporate Services (BCS) is a global function, with our largest site being Lakeside in Portsmouth, but we operate from multiple sites around the world. BCS supplies and operates all IT, security, procurement, and finance Shared Services. We are embedded alongside the operations that we serve, enabling us to maintain close working relationships that support delivery to our customers. We drive standardisation, simplification and automation across Babcock, to help generate sustainable value for the group and our external customers

The role

The difference our new Solution Analyst Manager will make

As a Solution Analyst, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll be delivering, maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing SuccessFactors functionality, adding value to the SAP (Neptune) organisation through your technical and business process knowledge with this area.

Day to day, you'll be responsible for the configuration, analysis and support of the SuccessFactors modules/solutions, including the related integrations and user interfaces to meet the business needs of Babcock cross divisional processes.

This hybrid role may require travel to Portsmouth alongside remote working arrangements and access to any Babcock Hub. The role would be ideally suited to someone within travel distance to Portsmouth, although this is not essential.

Essential experience

You will need a university degree or relevant experience in HR or Information Management.

You will also need the following:

  • SuccessFactors Certification Employee Central & LMS or equivalent experience.
  • Proven hands-on experience of SuccessFactors, configuration and support experience.
  • Proven experience of managing and leading projects, changes and releases, as well as Service Management experience.
  • Proven experience of integration, configuration and support of SuccessFactors and HR. (Boomi & CPI).

Lastly, you must hold or have ability to obtain SC security clearance.
