As the Production Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for;

  • Supporting the overall production team to achieve targets and where possible, exceed the key performance indicators within the operation
  • Focused on team development, inductions, training, NCRs and processes
  • Hitting targets whilst ensuring all procedures are followed to a high level.
  • You will be part of a shift management leadership team and focus on training and process mainly by helping develop the team further.

Experience:

  • Experience of supporting a manager or, supervisory experience in people management and an understanding of working practices within a Production environment.
  • Analytical and data focused individual who enjoys maintaining training records and general information. A leader with strong communication and coaching skills.
  • Knowledge of cGMP, Quality and Health and Safety.
  • Demonstrate KPI achievement and goal setting.
  • Experience in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
