Are you a Field Service Engineer looking for a new and varied challenge? Then I want to hear from you! My client is an international organisation who, due to business growth, are looking to expand their team of driven and enthusiastic Field Service Engineers to facilitate the installation of vital resources in locations across the UK.

Based within a reasonable distance of Swindon, Wiltshire, you will be responsible for the installation, dismantling and servicing of temporary water and waste water infrastructures on many exciting and varied projects across the country, which could include the likes of The Commonwealth Games and Formula 1, to Refugee Camps and Emergency Hospitals.

On offer is a competitive salary of £35-40k depending on experience and qualifications, 28 days holiday, pension scheme, business travel allowance and flexible working hours.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Install, dismantle and service both temporary drinking water and waste water infrastructures in locations across the UK
  • Take full responsibility for the quality and progress of your work
  • Consult with the project planner and feedback on progress
  • Clean and maintain returned materials and equipment in the warehouse

    • Ideal knowledge, experience and attributes:

  • A relevant trade/engineering qualification, and have at least 2 years of practical experience in a similar or related field of work
  • You are a team player and customer driven
  • You have a high tolerance to stress and a flexible approach to work
  • You have a can-do mentality, and are willing to work overtime when required
  • You are able and willing to carry out projects on different locations across the UK
  • You are calm and comfortable working in a high-pressure environment, and can prioritise work effectively
  • You have a valid driving license.
