Manpower Northern Ireland are looking for a Sales and Delivery Consultant to join our already amazing team based in Belfast City Centre! We are looking for a reliable and committed individual who is willing to learn and develop within this role.

As a Sales and Delivery consultant, your key responsibilities would be to actively prospect and bring in new business, develop and maintain a strong relationship with current clients to ensure a strong fulfilment rate on all orders and to provide a best-in-class service to our clients. You'll also manage a portfolio of candidates, attract, up-skill, retain and build long lasting relationships so that we have job-ready qualified talent for our clients on a continuous basis.

Previous Recruitment experience isn't essential, but excellent customer service, administrative and communication kills are essential. Manpower offer great company benefits such as market leading holiday allowance, hybrid working, £40K OTE and uncapped bonus!
