The role The difference our new HR Coordinator will make

As a HR Coordinator, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. Within this role, you will develop industrial relations and assist in moulding the HR team's growth in support of a unique multiple framework partnership.

Day to day, you'll support the deployment of HR processes in line with extant sector agreements in effect on Hinkley Point C, engaging with various senior stakeholders to ensure their understanding and approach is aligned. Moreover, you will assist in the development and update of MEH Joint HR processes and procedures. Core responsibilities include, the completion of annual PDRs (Performance Development Reviews), ensuring that annual leave entitlements and balances are in-line with MEH Joint Venture partners and review these quarterly and undertaking Project Exit Interviews and produce metrics to highlight areas for development. Other additional accountabilities include the maintenance of databases / trackers and assisting with GDPR compliance both within HR and wider project.

Essential experience

  • HR experience (essential)
  • Excellent MS Office skills - particularly MS Excel
  • CIPD L3 or 5+ years HR experience
  • Previous experience in a Trade Union / Construction Environment is advantageous
