Location: Whittlesey
Salary: Starting from £19,500 per annum

We are currently looking for an individual to join our busy team in the position of Customer Service Coordinator.

Your duties would include but not limited to the following;

• Receiving and processing orders for our Brick and Block customers
• Price and process quotations
• Liaise with Area Sales Manager on a daily basis to ensure smooth running of a designated area to give the customers a professional service
• Resolve queries within agreed SLA's.
• Any other duties to ensure smooth running of the Sales Office

• Drive to provide excellent customer services
• Excellent telephone manner
• Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Confident & outgoing personality
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and MS teams
