Plant Fitter

Manpower is recruiting a Plant Fitter with one of Northern Irelands leading plant hire firms

Strong pay rates + Van home, with a variety of depot and field service work

Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota, paid at overtime rate 1.5

We are looking for a skilled mechanic preferably with experience on plant equipment and machinery, however similar experience on Agri or Trucks is also welcome.

The Role:

• Servicing, maintenance and repairs on plant machinery
• Attend machinery breakdowns at customer sites and carry out repairs efficiently and to a high standard to ensure minimum downtime
• Provide technical support to customers when required
• Diagnose faults and preventative maintenance
• Carry out any required admin tasks and service records

What we are looking for:

• Level 3 qualified in Mechanical, Vehicle, Plant/ HGV
• Experience in plant repair, heavy plant or powered access equipment
• Mechanical experience on diesel engines
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
• Professional and pro-active approach to your workload
• Valid driving license
