The Project Coordinator role is based within our Civil Training business area.

The role

The difference our new Project Coordinator will make
As a Project Coordinator, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll be a proactive, adaptable and resilient individual who is both confident and capable of working independently and in a team setting. You'll have fantastic communication skills, be a great forward thinker and someone who really does think outside the box.

Day to day, you'll be working within a fast-changing environment, coordinating, and managing key activities and wide-ranging projects, whereby you will work with the specification to deliver nominated projects to time, quality, and budget. The combination of working in a training academy for a premium automotive brand means there is a planet of new ideas and work.

This role requires regular travel to Reading on a weekly basis alongside remote working arrangements. This role would be ideally suited to someone within the Reading area due to regular travel requirements expected.

Essential experience

* Direct experience in delivering projects
* Proven training coordinator experience and ideally also have Learning and Development &/or events management experience
* Full UK driving licence required
* An interest in automotive is an advantage
* Postgraduate would be ideal
* You must hold or have ability to obtain SC/DBS security clearance
