Job Type: Full time, Permanent. (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm)

A forward thinking organisation in the Dartford area is currently seeking candidates to add to their existing project coordination team, the role will receive full support and training from friendly and professional colleagues.

The role is ideal for someone who:

Wants to work in a happy, friendly and professional office. Would like an office in a nice quiet country location with free parking. They are organised and want to be kept busy with a variety of tasks in a friendly team of people all doing similar things.

They want to do a worthwhile job that helps people. Supporting projects delivering work in the environmental sector. A job with regular 9-5pm Monday to Friday working hours (including 1 hour lunch break) and overtime options. Where you are treated with trust and respect.

The Role:

Project coordinators assist our project managers in delivery of our works. They conduct a variety of tasks associated with bookings, planning, progress monitoring, liaising with clients and occupants of properties, facilitating the works, compiling reports and invoicing.

  • Assist project managers in successful delivery of our works.
  • Liaise with clients and occupants (telephone).
  • Compile reports and drawings.
  • Make bookings and update work database, resourcing and tracking systems.
  • Be proactive in your learning and development.

Role Requirements:

  • GCSE A-C or equivalent in Maths, English and Science (helpful)
  • Office experience (preferred)
  • Good IT skills in common Microsoft packages.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Confident and polite telephone manner.
  • Must be friendly, professional and hard working at all times.
  • Be methodical in their approach and excellent at communication.
