Our client, a leading energy provider is currently recruiting and Engineering Change Coordinator to join their Business Support team in Dungeness! The role is a temporary ongoing position working 37hrs per week over M-F.

You will be working as part of a multi-disciplined cross functional team. A large part of this role is supporting the Design Engineering Group Head, in administering and monitoring compliance of the clients Engineering Change process. You will also be expected to carry out general admin duties within the Support Team, and for the wider station:

Key Tasks

  • Report running to monitor the progression of Engineering Changes and associated assignments.
  • Report distribution, with follow up through regular Delivery Meetings to facilitate progression of ECs to close out.
  • Monitor performance against Fleet Metrics and provide analysis.
  • Assist with, and deliver formal training sessions.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets for accountability purposes.
  • Review Engineering Change Requests prior to screening and process accordingly.
  • A range of other administration duties, as directed by the Support Team Leader.
  • Produce monthly Engineering accountability pack.
  • Produce monthly Health Committee slide pack.

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation including the internal regulator.
  • Excellent team-working skills.
  • Able to confidently challenge and coach.
  • Ability to meet tight timescales is essential.

Full training will be given with regard to company processes, procedures, and specific systems.
