Manpower is currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger/Administrator Assistant, with our client based in Grangemouth.

Initially the vacancy is for long term temporary cover, however may lead to a permanent role.

The working week is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Our client is flexible on start and finish times to accommodate the right candidate.

Main duties will include:

  • Allocating invoices
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Providing detailed reports for all staff
  • Answering calls and emails and directing to the correct person
  • General administrative duties

Requirements are:

  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Previous use of SAGE applications advantageous, but not essential
