Manpower have an exciting opportunity to work with one of the world`s leading global distributors of electrical components.

We are recruiting for full time, permanent colleagues to join our exciting newly launched Customer Relations team based in Leeds 12. Easily accessible and on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional and friendly team providing a world-class customer experience.

As part of this role, you will work collaboratively with colleagues across the business and will be responsible for delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction whatever the customer need.

What will you be doing?

  • Handling of inbound online and offline requests, within agreed service levels (including first contact resolution and adherence to compliance processes).
  • Delivering Service Excellence through efficiency, accuracy and full utilization of customer service skills when processing orders and dealing with customer enquiries
  • Driving own continual development, building and/or maintaining product, customer and industry knowledge.
  • Ensuring data is complete and accurate, updating internal systems as required.
  • Dealing with a variety of pre and post order customer questions.
  • Identifying, investigating and participating in opportunities for continual improvement within the department.
  • Ensuring customer complaints are resolved fairly and effectively to the satisfaction of the customer.

What skills do you need?

  • Excellent English verbal and written skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast paced environment, remaining calm, focussed and effective with both internal and external customers.
  • Able to use effective questioning and listening skills to gather; disseminate and apply appropriate process/procedures to information.
  • Good Computer literacy with excellent keyboard skills.
  • Results-oriented.
