Job Title: E-Learning Content Creator 52 weeks FTC
Location: MOD Lyneham, Wiltshire, Chippenham, SN15 4XX. Hybrid -remote working with approx 2 days in office
Compensation: £26,000- £30,000 + Benefits
Role Type: Full time / Permanent

This is your opportunity to join Babcock International as an E-Learning Content Creator. This is a creative and varied role where you will design, develop and enhance eLearning for the Babcock Land Media Centre.

What will you be doing?

Your main duties will include

• Creating E-Learning Packages - From Script to Product.
  * Design, develop, update and implement E-learning products in collaboration with relevant stake holders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
  * Ensure correct application of Corporate Branding, Curriculum Design and product technical specifications
  * Provide advice, guidance and expertise on the use of applicable media in the design and creation of a variety of media content
  * Conduct quality control checks on all developed e-learning and multimedia content to technical compliance and quality assurance
  * Produce basic Media Assets using Adobe creative cloud
  * Use Photographic and Video equipment to capture source materials and Support Land Media Centre Projects

The experience you'll bring

• Experience of rapid development eLearning tools (e.g. Articulate, Storyline, Captivate)
  * Portfolio of E-Learning projects
  * Excellent computer skills
  * Ability to translate engineering and technical ideas into training, working with subject matter experts
  * Strong communication skills
• You will need to satisfy security requirements. This may require you to hold or be eligible/capable of achieving 'Security Check' (SC) clearance.
