Job Details

Our client, one of the UK's leading Energy providers is looking to recruit an experienced business support officer to provide support in the NSA Early Careers team.

Some key activities and roles and responsibilities of the administration support aligned to the NSA Early Careers are:

  • Organise People Review calibration meetings including Pre-Job Briefs.
  • Organise Line Manager Role and Responsibility briefing as part of new start inductions
  • Organise placement presentations for various programmes
  • Organise, Minute and take actions for Steering group meeting with stakeholders
  • Book various HPC visits including apprentice, graduates and stakeholders
  • Manage the NSA Early Careers Mailbox triage
  • Engage with key stakeholders to ensure programmes run in a consistent manner
  • Collate performance feedback throughout early careers programmes and manage confidential storage
  • Organise Meet and Greet with Mentors including discipline professional bodies
  • Organise graduation events including invite to stakeholders
  • Organise EC face to face meetings
  • Liaise with colleges and universities regarding payments and finances
  • Organise, Confirm station placement requirements for NEDA, S&E graduates
  • Manage Early Careers Sharepoint and chatbot feedback
  • Support Early Careers Manager and EC leads in day to day operational aspects of programmes

note; if successful you will be employed by Manpower working on a temporary ongoing basis with scope for extension. Our client are operating a Hybrid working model, therefore the need to be onsite a number of days a week is essential but there is scope to WFH. You will be expected to undertake a drugs and alcohol test as well as be security checked to BPSS and CTC Level.
