Babcock Metropolitan Police Service

We service and maintain over 3,500 MPS vehicles from specialist workshops in Rainham, Park Royal and Woolwich.

The role

The difference our new Collection & Delivery Driver will make

Day to day, you'll provide a reliable, efficient, and courteous collection and delivery service on behalf of the Metropolitan Police Service. In this role you'll be responsible for collecting & delivering a range of vehicles to police stations, Babcock workshops, external dealerships, and other locations across the London network, in line with the contracts KPI's.

Essential experience
* Full Clean Driving Licence (no more than 3 points) - Licence category minimum C1 3,500 - 7,500kg
* No previous disqualifications from driving (DR, CD, DD, IN OR TT99 endorsements will not be accepted)
* Previous driving experience in a similar role
* Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
* Ability to work unsupervised and able to achieve high standards
* You must hold or have the ability to obtain NPPV 2 security clearance
