Manpower are recruiting a Care Administrator on behalf of our public sector client.
Job role
You will support the Continuing Healthcare Business/Specialist Manager in the provision of administrative support to the entire CHC team and associated services. This will include providing business, secretarial and administrative support to the Continuing Healthcare process and associated work streams. This includes a range of minutes and reports which once agreed are shared with a range of stakeholders and partners, members of the public and legal representatives. File preparation, collation of information in response processes including SAR/FOI requests.
Essential criteria
- Educated to GCSE standard, NVQ 3 level in relevant subject or equivalent level of qualification or significant equivalent previous proven experience (A)
- Good standard of written and spoken English (I)
- ECDL or equivalent computer skills
- Experience of preparing agendas and taking detailed and complex minutes
- Experience of working in a busy and constantly changing office environment
- Demonstrate experience of working in an administrative environment and working with computerised data systems
- Awareness of a range of Health Services provision
- Post holder must have a high level of keyboard skills and able to use Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Clear communicator with good writing, data entry and telephone skills
- Able to work on own initiative, organizing and prioritizing own workload to set deadlines using defined processes and procedures
- Confident working as part of a team to manage workload and share learning
- Acts in a positive manner to improve morale and address negativity
Location - Civic Centre, Wolverhampton
Contract - Up until 30.09.2022
Hours - Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
