Manpower Recruitment are looking for a Permanent, Full Time Customer Service Executive.

The company are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile Customer Service Executive to join the small busy team. The successful candidate will have experience of working in an office environment and of dealing with customers. A friendly and professional telephone manner is essential, together with attention to detail and a willingness to take on a variety of administrative tasks, including order processing and lead generation.

The role reports to the Commercial Manager who has responsibility for all sales and customer-facing activity.

Key responsibilities

  • B2B Communication over the phone and face to face.
    Compiling quotesProcessing ordersDealing with customer enquiries and queriesManaging the sales inboxDealing with warranty claimsChasing up outstanding quotesArranging deliveries with customersSupporting lead generation campaigns when requiredAny other tasks that may reasonably be requested

    High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detailExcellent telephone manner and able to communicate clearlyReliable and versatileWillingness to go the extra mile to get the job doneAble to contribute effectively to a dedicated and creative teamOwn transport
Normal working hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, but some flexibility would be an advantage to suit demands.

The role is paying between 24k-28k depending on Experience
