Supply Chain Analyst / INTEGRATED BUSINESS PLANNING ANALYST

Key responsibilities:

  • Integrated business planning (IBP)dataanalytics and reporting:
    • Management and maintenance of the data related to the IBP cycle.
    • Development of dashboards and reports for forward detection of potential gaps and opportunities.
    • Prepare the analysis and reporting to obtain the data inputs for the IBP cycle: forecast, purchase orders, inventory management, actual releases, etc.
    • Development and calculation of proper metrics and KPIs (forecast accuracy and bias, release attainment, batch splitting, inventory targets, etc.). Monitor critical planning parameters and metrics, root cause analysis and action plan implementation for any metrics deviation.
  • IBPdigitalization and continuous improvement:
    • Participate in and support the implementation of a Grifols global integrated business planning process.
    • Participate in the digital transformation of IBP processes by finding and implementing opportunities to use business intelligence tools/systems.
    • Participate in the integration of new companies acquired in the IBP process.
  • Global material master data & supply risk management:
    • Maintenance of the material master data and processes in SAP and ensure the data integrity for planning master data.
    • Elaborate and maintain documentation related to material master data governance at global level to ensure quality, completeness and cleanness.
    • Act as support in global projects that involve the material master data, including company integrations and systems changes.
    • Analysis of supply chain risks for raw materials, equipment and services and follow up action plans for supply chain risk mitigation.
    • Elaborate and maintain documentation related to supply chain risk at global level.
    • Analysis and reporting of KPIs for master data and supply chain risk management.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in applicable field of study, preferable engineering, supply chain management, etc.
  • Experience in Demand/Inventory/Supply Planning/Data Analytics or related functions.
  • Expert in MS Excel and advance in other MS products (PowerPoint, Word, Access)
  • Knowledge in SAP, and supply chain management software such as Kinaxis, o9 or Blue Yonder is preferable.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret and develop complex data and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, result oriented and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Team working skills.
  • Proficient in English. Spanish preferable.
