Job Details

Our client is a public distance Learning and Research University, and one of the biggest universities in the UK for undergraduate education.

They are looking to recruit a temporary Communications & Digital Services Assistant to join their team. The role is to start asap until 4th November 2022, working 37hrs a week - Monday - Friday, paying £14.95 per hour & this role will be working from home with two visits a month to the Milton Keynes campus and equipment will be supplied.

Main Responsibilities

  • Supporting the management of shared inbox
  • Logging and management of web enquiries
  • Supporting the Digital Engagement Manager with the co-ordination of his regular report to internal stakeholders
  • Co-ordination of information required from internal clients for web development projects i.e. outstanding text, images, approvals etc
  • Updates to the web pages (training given)
  • Supporting the fortnightly newsletter

Essential

  • Strong administration skills from within a busy marketing team
  • Experience of using social media platforms
  • Writing for websites and newsletters
