We have a fantastic opportunity for a Success Factors & HCM Solution Lead to join our SAP Service and Programme organisation, here at Babcock International. In this critical role you'll be responsible for the design, configuration, analysis, and support of the SuccessFactors and HCM modules/solutions, including the related integrations and user interfaces to meet the business needs of Babcock cross divisional processes.

This role requires occasional travel to Portsmouth hub alongside remote working arrangements. The role would be ideally suited to someone within local distance to Portsmouth due to occasional travel expectations.

Who we are looking for?

As a Success Factors & HCM Solution Lead, you'll be working closely with our customers to deliver, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance SuccessFactors and HCM functionality, adding value to the SAP organisation through your technical and business process knowledge of this area. Therefore, you'll be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment, with the ability to manage change programmes, planning and reporting.

What will you be doing?

Your duties will include:

  • Providing specialist level functional and configuration knowledge in supporting SAP solutions in the area of SuccessFactors, SAP HR (OM/PA) and Payroll (ECC6)
  • Leading in user requirements gathering, blueprinting & documentation designs
  • Ensuring all business processes, functional specification, technical specifications, test scripts and training documentation are created and up to date
  • Ensuring compliance to existing standards, and development of required data and reporting standards
  • Ensuring the integrity of the SuccessFactors and SAP HR configuration in the SAP systems across multiple landscapes
  • Supporting business implementations by sharing best practice configuration skills
  • Assisting with responding to user requirements, problem resolution, develop designs, and process modeling

The experience you'll bring

You will need a university degree or relevant experience in HR or Information Management.

You will also need:

  • SuccessFactors certification employee central, compensation, and recruitment or equivalent
  • Proven of hands-on experience of SuccessFactors and SAP HR design, configuration, and support experience
  • Proven experience of managing and leading projects, changes, and releases
  • Proven experience of integration design, configuration, and support of SuccessFactors and HR. (Boomi & CPI)
  • Excellent configuration and support knowledge of HR master data, structures, portlets, and reports
  • Excellent understanding of business processes and integrations within HR SAP Fleet and related solutions required to deliver the service.

Lastly, you must hold or have ability to obtain SC security clearance.
