Are you looking to further your career in the fast paced world of Logistics? Perhaps you have some previous experience within a Transport office and want the opportunity to improve your skillset?

Working alongside a team of experienced Transport Professionals, you will be part of a highly efficient transport operation that focuses on exceeding customers' expectations and offering the highest levels of customer service.

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be dealing with inbound customer queries, updating current clients on the movement of their goods and dealing with any complaints received, via phone and email. In this role, no two days will be the same and a great attitude towards customer service is expected.

If you have previous Admin experience and want to begin a career in an industry that has proven to be pandemic proof, then this is the ideal opportunity.

The Role:

• Ensuring all daily customer services contacts & queries received via phone/email are logged and worked through to resolution.
• Reporting/resolving any operational issues impacting customer shipments and are tracked through to resolution.
• Dealing with customer complaints and working with relevant teams to finalise a solution
• Participating in customer projects/other administration duties to support the running of the transport office daily.

• Monday - Friday (40hrs/week)
• Early Shifts 7.00am - 4.00pm, Late shift 10.00am - 7.00pm (Rotating)

The Person:

• Previous experience working in a customer service role.
• Strong administration & organisational skills.
• Able to deal tactfully with a wide variety of people.
• Dedication to completing a high standard of work
• A sound knowledge of Microsoft applications.
