Manpower is looking to recruit hard working and motivated individuals for a fantastic job opportunity working for a family-owned business who have been rapidly growing for 30 years. Our client based in Halesworth, Suffolk and the company currently employ over 250 members of staff.

Location: Halesworth, Suffolk

Salary: £10.17 per hour

Hours: 06:00 -14:00 & 14:00 -22:00 (weekly rotation) Mondays to Fridays

About the role

As a packing operative you will be responsible for assembling finished products ensuring the packing guidelines are adhered to a high standard. Additional duties including housekeeping and ensuring high standards of processes and procedures are followed throughout. This is a temporary position for an ongoing assignment with the opportunity to become permanent.

About You

• Previous experience without a manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential
• Attention to detail
• Adhering to product guidelines and standards
• Ability to work alongside packing targets
• Nimble fingered and dexterous
• Excellent communication skills
• Work well as part of a team as well working alone.
