PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Reporting to the Mobility Growth & Innovation Manager - you'll be responsible for delivering marketing campaigns across core channels and supporting with the delivery of the digital strategy.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Day to day management of website content - updating content, conducting audits and looking at ways to improve customer journey.
  • Support Mobility Growth & Innovation Manager on the delivery of new website developments including: UX enhancements and new product development launches.
  • Work with social media agency to manage social media channels including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn including - briefing content priorities, approving monthly social media plans and reviewing performance against KPIs.
  • Work with social media agency to manage Trustpilot reviews.
  • Work with social media agency to deliver influencer strategy including requirements, approving briefs and content assets.
  • Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
  • Work with Regional Sales & Operations Manager's on supporting Rent-a-Car location on any marketing queries and requirements.
  • Support network development team on the launch of new Rent-a-Car locations - including updating the website, briefing in media and creative requirements to agencies.
  • Attend weekly and monthly agency status meetings to ensure delivery of marketing and creative strategy.
  • Provide marketing support for the roll out of new Rent-a-Car products.
  • Analysing Google Analytics for Rent-a-Car performance and producing monthly reports.
  • Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and new initiatives.

PRINCIPLE CONTACTS/WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

  • Mobility Growth & Innovation Manager - Daily interaction and collaboration to deliver department objectives.
  • Mobility Technical Systems Manager- Daily/Weekly interaction and collaboration to deliver department objectives.
  • Account Executives/managers (Suppliers) - Weekly/Monthly interaction to brief in new requirements and review performance.
  • Rent-a-Car team - Daily/weekly interaction to deliver department objectives.

KEY CHALLENGES

  • Co-ordinating agencies to ensure smooth and effective delivery.
  • Agile working environment that requires reactivity and flexibility.
  • Overcoming operational challenges to ensure deliver of commercial objectives.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience as a marketing executive or similar
  • Knowledge of CMS systems and or other marketing software platforms
  • PC literate, especially in excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Understanding of traditional and digital marketing principles.
  • Demonstrate ability to multi-task, be well-organised and adhere to deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics or other digital reporting platforms.
  • Experience working with media or creative agencies
