The Construction Manager is based within our Rail business area.

We support Network Rail and other rail industry customers in providing a safe, reliable and efficient rail network across Great Britain. Whether you're a skilled or aspiring rail professional, there are some incredible opportunities.

The role

The difference our new Construction Manager will make
As a Construction Manager, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary, participating as a member of the management team in formulating delivery plans and budgets, coupled with monitoring performance so as to ensure that the delivery targets and margins are fully achieved.

Day to day, you'll manage construction resources, critically review P3e project plans to ensure effective delivery plans, develop S&OP resource plans and change plans where possible to ensure maximised resource utilisation, as well as developing and maintaining effective client relationships.

Essential experience

* Previous experience in Construction Management
* Professionally qualified in an appropriate discipline, signalling, telecoms or electrification & plant
* PTS
* Fully conversant with railway structure and associated safety matters
* Educated to HNC Level
