Road Freight Forwarder

.Are you looking for a new role within the freight industry? Do you have road freight experience and looking to gain further experience across sea, rail and air freight?
A long-established freight forwarding organisation (25yrs+) are recruiting for an individual to join the small but busy team in central Glasgow.

The company are multimodal, so you will gain experience across all modes if you don't already have that experience - but you must have road freight experience to be considered for this opportunity.
The road freight is predominantly UK to Eastern Europe, and you will be responsible for the process from start to finish - dealing with the initial enquiry and quoting through booking confirmation, arranging delivery and payment.
This company have great record of demonstrating longevity of service of staff - so if you are looking for a long-term role this could well be of interest!
City centre based with good transport links; however discounted parking is available a short walk from the office.

Salary & Package:
£25-£30K basic (subject to experience)
Discretionary company wide bonus scheme (paid twice a year)
Gov auto enrol pension scheme
20 days holiday + bank holiday (increases with longevity of service)
Two extra days off over the Christmas period
Working hours 9am - 5pm
