A long-established family run Freight Forwarding business based to the West of Southampton are actively recruiting for an additional member of staff to join an existing Air Freight exports team.
The company has been established 20yrs+ and operate from a purpose-built office with several Warehouses on site.
The company are a multi-modal Freight Forwarder covering Sea, Air and Road.
In this role, you will ultimately be responsible for managing airfreight exports - from start to finish including customs clearance. For this role you do not need to have airfreight experience - they are happy to provide upskilling if you have sea freight or road freight experience. You will be dealing with internal and external stakeholders so naturally your communication and customer service skills will be proven.

You will also be required to complete Import and Customs documentations. If you do not have full experience in these processes, you will have full training.

Salary - £22,000 - £25,000
20 days annual leave + Bank Holidays (This increases with longevity of service)
Office hours are 9am - 5.30pm
Occasionally you may be required to stay after work and ensure everything is completed for the day - paid overtime is applicable
