Location: Thurrock, Essex

Salary Range: £45,000 - £55,000

Shift: Rotating shift pattern Days & Nights (12hr shift)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Swift response to production line breakdowns, providing flexible mechanical support.
  • Mentor and develop technical expertise within the line operations team.
  • Execute planned maintenance, resolve defects, and implement technical improvements.
  • Enhance Maintenance Work Planning & Scheduling, actively seeking process and equipment enhancements.
  • Shift roles may involve line operation duties during peak market demand periods.

  • Minimum ONC or C&G Part III to NVQ 3 Level qualification.
  • Proven experience in engineering, manufacturing, or a similar production environment.
  • Familiarity with various manufacturing processes, including machinery, pumps, valves, gearboxes, and more.
  • Proficiency in hand fitting and fabrication.
  • Experience in conducting safety risk assessments.
