Manpower are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our national clients who are a renowned gas company. They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to work in the office alongside their busy team based at their Ivybridge site.
About The Role:
- Answering incoming calls and dealing promptly with customer queries.
- Placing orders on system for delivery/collection.
- Inventory stock control and counting.
- Managing site email inbox.
- Supporting drivers with printing loading sheets.
- Raising hazards on health and safety system.
- Good customer contact experience required along with a good telephone manor.
- Flexible to performing a variety of tasks on a daily basis.
- Strong ability to work as part of a team.
- Always demonstrates a professional and positive attitude.
This is a temporary role that could become a permanent position for the right candidate looking to progress within the company.
A DBS check is required prior to starting in the role.
