Position: Business Support - Early Careers Team

Salary: Up to £19.13 per hour

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Potential for Hybrid)


Join our dynamic Early Careers team as we embark on an exciting expansion! We're on the lookout for a passionate individual to step into the pivotal Business Support role. This opportunity is at the heart of ensuring the seamless operation of our programs, meeting the growing demands of our business.

Your support is particularly crucial within our Nuclear families, spanning areas like Nuclear Services (GBP) and Nuclear Decommissioning. As the backbone of our Early Careers team, the Business Support role involves handling administrative tasks, managing program elements, and fostering communication with internal and external stakeholders. Your contribution will be instrumental in creating a positive and rewarding experience for all involved.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate Welcome webinars and inductions for new program participants
  • Conduct Line Manager Role sessions and arrange forums/presentations
  • Manage stakeholder meetings, Early Careers Mailbox, and Graduation events
  • Assist with Early Careers SharePoint, data collection tasks, and provide clear communications to diverse groups
