Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Process expenses through Concur for Executives, ensuring accurate reconciliations.
  • Compose emails and other correspondence as needed.
  • Build and maintain networks and excellent working relationships with PAs and stakeholders.
  • Treat confidential and sensitive information with respect and integrity.
  • Support Station Manager PA in coordinating VIP/high-profile site visits, including security access and producing visit schedules.

What do you need?

  • Previous experience as a PA at a senior management level.
  • Professional Secretarial/Administration qualifications are desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and M365 packages; experience with Concur and Travel Planet is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation.

Upon successful selection, you will be engaged by Manpower for a temporary assignment at our client's site. As part of the onboarding process, you will be required to undergo BPSS checks and participate in a drug & alcohol test.
