Key Responsibilities:
- Mix paint to customer specifications
- Engage with customers, offering valuable product advice
- Deliver orders to customers with a smile
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store targets
- Execute merchandising plans to restock the shop floor
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance overall customer service experience
- Conduct daily/weekly van inspections, reporting any concerns
About You:
- Showcase strong customer service skills
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Remain calm under pressure
- Proficient in operating electronic tills
- Hold a valid UK driving license
