We are looking for a vibrant, self-motivated, and outgoing individual to join our Cambridge team and work in an international environment. This is a full-time position that begins immediately, with some flexibility in working hours. Future full-time positions within the organisation are possible based on performance.

Pay - £15.00 per hour
Hours - Monday to Friday from 08:30-17:30, Weekend overtime available.

Duties and responsibilities to include: -

  • Calling enquiries (potential host families)
  • Re-qualifying our database of existing customers.
  • Responding to client queries while advising our customers
  • Providing excellent customer service to new and existing customers on the phone

Requirements

  • Passionate about sales, customer service and marketing

This is a temporary, ongoing assignment in an educational environment that requires a DBS check.
