Recruitment Administrator
Manpower UK are supporting our Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Recruitment client on identifying a Recruitment/HR Administrator to work within their support team in Leith Hours are 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday (Hybrid after initial training).
The role of Recruitment support involves working alongside your designated consultants and alongside your head office team. This role is a critical role for the business and can be extremely busy, so involves working in a high paced environment while remaining calm and focused with great attention to detail. Although this can be a busy and repetitive role it can involve having quiet spells, during this time you will need to be proactive.
The ideal candidate would be articulate, have great attention to detail, will enjoy working in a busy fast paced environment and is able to be proactive when needed. Candidates from a Temporary recruitment, Recruitment Co-ordinator or HR Administrative background would be well suited to this opportunity.
Main responsibilities;
- Providing support to Consultants:
- Speaking with candidates about potential roles
- Sending CV's to Clients on instructions from Consultants
- Liaising with clients and candidates to set up all stages of interviews
- Collating information for Job Specifications to send to candidates, making sure everything is accurate
- Liaising with HR and recruiting managers
- Being pro-active and reactive with current vacancies, highlighting them as they arise and liaising with consultants, and contacting candidates as appropriate.
- Checking consultant's diary and emails and assisting in the organisation of their workload for the day/week ahead
- Creating searches for consultants when required from recruitment CRM
- Formatting documents for sending to candidates and clients
- Ensuring data entry and updates into the recruitment CRM are accurate and timely
- Answering telephone calls and dealing with them accordingly
- Taking advert response calls and dealing with them accordingly
- Dealing with general enquiries
Additional Duties:
- Maintain a working knowledge of all current vacancies on our Database that you are responsible for
- Dealing with client and candidate queries at all levels
- Being able to deal with high level customers and internal staff at Director level
- Working with the team, supporting each other and being able to pick up additional work when required
- Advertising jobs on our selected websites as and when required
