Your role

Our BMW Farnborough Retail Centre are actively looking for enthusiastic individuals excited to join our ever-growing automotive family, and if you're as passionate about cars as we are then we'd love to welcome you to the team where you will be welcomed into a friendly team and be part of our exciting journey.

As an Aftersales Manager at Group 1 Automotive you will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting brand.

What you will be doing?
  • Manage the aftersales teams including parts, vehicle technicians and service advisors
  • Coach and motivate the teams
  • Monitor performances against agreed targets and budgets
  • Analyse areas of performance and weakness & provide guidance

Your profile

We are looking for individuals who meet the below criteria to join our team. If you think you've got what it takes and meet the criteria below, then please apply!
  • Previous experience of working within the Automotive industry
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the motor trade
  • Able to influence, motivate and manage a team effectively
  • Maintain methodical and logical approach to varying workloads
  • Will be able to meet deadlines and prioritise workloads
