Arden Maidstone is looking for a Used Car Sales Manager.

Your role

It all starts with identifying the needs of our customers and delivering a wow-factor service for them.

Daily duties:
  • Lead, manage and motivate a Team Sales Executives to achieve/exceed sales targets
  • Alongside the General Sales Manager, plan and implement promotional activities and campaigns to ensure KPIs and Sales targets are met.
  • Monitor and manage stock.
  • Lead Management, increasing CRM and defining sales processes
  • Ensure the proper and accurate use of all business systems throughout the team.
  • Maintain your own product knowledge and show an awareness of competitor activity.

Your profile

Experience of driving Used Car performance within automotive luxury sales environment? A confident communicator and passionate about establishing long lasting relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing sales team made up of 10 Sales Executives, 3 Retail Managers and GSM.
  • A proven track record of Sales Team Management experience within a similar brand
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the used car market and stock management.
  • Result and Target driven
  • The ability to communicate with key stakeholders and build long-lasting relationships.
  • The ability to guide, coach, and motivate your team daily
