Manpower are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to work in Logistics for our national client based in Tyseley, Birmingham.


Monday - Friday
£28k salary per annum
37.5 hours per week between 08:00-18:00 (to be discussed at interview stage)
Temporary on going work

MUST HAVE SAP EXPERIENCE!

Main Duties:

  • Primary responsibility will be the entry and processing of data with the Clients SAP system
  • Claim handling and reporting via Client's SAP system
  • Undertake investigations of claims between both customer systems and own systems for discrepancies, shortages and damages of both outbound customer deliveries, inbound supplier receipts and on site stock issues
  • Work alongside the site operations and inventory teams to undertake these claim investigations
  • Identify and monitor claim handling trends
  • Monitor, investigation and rectification of any EDI orders failure, primary via SAP or escalate to SAP help-desk where required if not resolved
  • Provide timely updated to the Clients via SAP system, or via email, teams and telephone
  • Act as the primary contact with the Clients Customer Service and Logistics Teams
  • Creation of inbound orders from UK Suppliers on SAP
  • Processing of return shipments from UK customers
  • General data entry and spreadsheet administration and site team support as required
  • Responding to emails and telephone enquiries
  • Adhere to Health & Safety requirements to provide a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Experienced in using SAP or equivalent systems such as order management or global freight systems
  • Experienced in data entry
  • Ability to understand and execute new processes
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office features especially Excel
  • Confident communicator, written and oral
  • Friendly interpersonal skills
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to build client relationships
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Problem solving skills
