Cotswold Cheltenham is looking for a Workshop Controller.

Your role

Our Cheltenham retailer has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Workshop Controller to join their dynamic and talented team.

If you have a passion for working within a premium brand then this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career with one of the largest BMW and MINI retailers in the country.

As the workshop controller you will play a key role in ensuring that the workshop runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be assigned a team of technicians and will be responsible for controlling and coordinating their activities, ensure productivity is maximised and the highest quality of work is carried out at all times.

Working Hours: 41.25 hours per week Monday to Friday including Saturday on a rota

Salary: Competitive, Based on Previous Experience

Your profile

To be considered for this role the candidate will have previous experience of working within the Motor Trade. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a leadership or management role.

This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate a proven track record of performance, people management and excellent communication skills. This is a fast past environment so the ideal candidate must be good under pressure and be able to multi-task. A Full UK Driving Licence is required.
