e are seeking a professional Sous Chef to be the second-in-command in our kitchen. Working closely with our Executive Chef, the successful candidate will employ culinary and managerial skills to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.


  • Menu Preparation and Design:

    • Assist in the preparation and design of all food and drink menus.
    • Ensure high-quality plates both in terms of presentation and taste.
      • Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and meets quality standards.
      • Fill in for the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary.
      • Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and take control of problematic situatio
      • order supplies to stock inventory appropriately.
      • Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.
