Job Details

Soper Lincoln is looking for a Service Advisor.

Your role

As a Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer service and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing and keep customers up to date at every stage. You will also liaise with technicians ensuring vehicles will be ready on time.

The hours of work are 08:00-18:00 Monday to Friday and 08:00-13:00 Saturdays (on a one in three rota)

Salary £30,000 basic plus an uncapped bonus scheme with an OTE of £36,000.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and assess their service needs for their BMW vehicles
  • Provide accurate estimates for service and repair costs
  • Schedule service appointments and communicate with customers throughout the service process
  • Provide exceptional customer service and best advice guidance to BMW owners
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of work
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service work
  • Offer additional services and products to enhance the customer experience
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Stay up to date on BMW products, services, and industry trends

Your profile

Essential
  • Previous experience within the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation, organisation, and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment

Desirable
  • A UK driving license
